Deel is seeking a Payroll Implementation Specialist to oversee the successful implementation and data migration of payroll systems for Deel’s clients. This role involves leading and managing the full payroll implementation process, ensuring accurate data transfer, system configuration, and a seamless transition. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, guiding clients through setup and migration, and providing ongoing support and training.

Responsibilities

  • Project Set-up: Work with the onboarding team and clients to organize and run kick-off meetings and deliver the successful roll-out of clients.
  • Create and Maintain Project Plans: Develop, maintain, and manage project plans to ensure successful payroll implementation.
  • Client and Project Management:
    • Support project review calls (internal and external).
    • Coordinate with clients and internal teams throughout the implementation process.
    • Provide guidance and support to clients during the setup and migration phases.
