Responsibilities

  • Lead, support, and mentor multiple pods and their Tech and Engagement Leads
  • Coach teams on Agile methodologies and best practices
  • Serve as a direct escalation path for client issues and provide technical expertise during client meetings
  • Collaborate with Portfolio Managers before and after contract signing, to manage client expectations, set teams up for success
  • Work closely with the Architecture group to maintain a feedback loop on project progress and architectural alignment
  • Ensure delivery excellence across pods by fostering collaboration and continuous improvement
