The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing payroll implementations and data migrations, with experience in guiding clients through system setup and transition phases. Strong project management skills are essential, including the ability to create, maintain, and manage project plans, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. Experience with defining and setting up payroll processes, establishing payroll and data requirements, and managing payroll calendars is required. Proficiency in system configuration, interface setup, and parallel payroll processes is necessary, along with the ability to maintain detailed project documentation and generate reports for analysis, auditing, and reconciliation.
Oversee the successful implementation and data migration of payroll systems for Deel’s clients. Lead and manage the full payroll implementation process, ensuring accurate data transfer, proper system configuration, and a seamless transition. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to guide clients through setup and migration, offering ongoing support and training. Organize and run kick-off meetings, deliver implementations, and manage project plans. Support project review calls, coordinate project streams, and manage changes to scope and schedule. Define and set up agreed client payroll processes and data requirements, managing client payroll calendars effectively. Maintain detailed project documentation, including plans, status reports, and process documentation. Define, agree, and configure interfaces, reports, and system configurations for parallel and live payroll. Work with clients to sign off on projects, documenting client-specific needs and processes. Generate reports to analyze, audit, and reconcile payroll data, and map GL reports if required.
