The Payroll Implementation Manager should have experience in managing payroll implementation projects and data migration. They need to be proficient in defining and setting up payroll processes, understanding payroll and data requirements, and managing payroll calendars. Experience with system configuration, interface setup, and parallel payroll processes is essential. The role requires strong project management skills, including creating and maintaining project plans, managing scope changes, and documenting project details. Familiarity with GL report mapping and generating reports for data analysis, auditing, and reconciliation is also necessary. The ability to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, guide clients through setup and migration, and provide ongoing support and training is crucial.
Oversee the successful implementation and data migration of payroll systems for Deel’s clients. Lead and manage the full payroll implementation process, ensuring accurate data transfer, proper system configuration, and a seamless transition. Organize and run kick-off meetings and deliver the implementation. Create, maintain, and manage project plans for successful client roll-out. Support project review calls, coordinate and deliver on project streams, and manage changes to the scope of work and delivery schedule. Define and set up agreed client payroll processes, establishing all payroll and data requirements, and managing client payroll calendars effectively. Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and process documentation. Define, agree, and configure all interfaces, reports, and systems configurations to successfully deliver parallel and live payroll. Work with the client to sign off on the project and document client-specific needs and processes, ensuring validation and confirmation of project implementation. Generate reports to analyze, audit, and reconcile payroll data. Map GL reports if required.
