Requirements

  • Experience in payroll implementation and data migration
  • Ability to lead and manage full payroll implementation processes

  • Proficiency in project management, including creating and maintaining project plans
  • Knowledge of defining payroll processes, data requirements, and payroll calendars
  • Expertise in system setup, configurations, interfaces, reports, and parallel payroll processes
  • Ability to manage project documentation, status reports, and client-specific processes
  • Skills in generating reports for payroll data analysis, audit, and reconciliation
  • Familiarity with GL reports mapping

Responsibilities

  • Project Set-up: Work with onboarding team and clients to organize and run kick-off meetings, deliver implementation, create, maintain, and manage project plans for successful client roll-out
  • Client and Project Management: Support project review calls (internal and external), coordinate and deliver project streams, refer and manage changes to scope of work and delivery schedule
  • Payroll Process Requirements: Define and set-up agreed client payroll processes, establish payroll and data requirements, manage client payroll calendars timely and effectively
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and process documentation
  • System set-up and parallel payroll process: Define, agree, and configure interfaces, reports, and system configurations to deliver parallel and live payroll for month 1 and 2, if applicable
  • Go-live transition, Sign-off and documentation: Work with client to sign-off on project, document client-specific needs and processes, ensure validation and confirmation on implementation, generate reports to analyze, audit, and reconcile payroll data
  • Reports: Mapping of GL reports if required
