Requirements

The Payroll Implementation Manager should have experience in overseeing the successful implementation and data migration of payroll systems. They need to be proficient in managing the full payroll implementation process, including data transfer, system configuration, and client transitions. Collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders, guiding clients through setup and migration, and providing ongoing support and training are also key requirements.

Responsibilities

The Payroll Implementation Manager is responsible for organizing and running kick-off meetings, delivering client implementations, and creating, maintaining, and managing project plans for successful roll-outs. They will support project review calls, coordinate project streams, manage scope changes, define and set up client payroll processes, establish payroll and data requirements, and manage client payroll calendars. Additionally, they will maintain detailed project documentation, configure interfaces, reports, and systems for parallel and live payroll, manage go-live transitions and sign-offs, document client-specific needs and processes, and generate reports for payroll data analysis, auditing, and reconciliation, including GL report mapping.
