The Payroll Implementation Manager should have experience in overseeing payroll system implementations and data migration. They need to be proficient in managing project plans, client interactions, and system configurations. Experience with GL report mapping is also required.
The Payroll Implementation Manager will lead the full payroll implementation process, including organizing kick-off meetings, managing project plans, and ensuring seamless data transfer and system configuration. They will define and set up client payroll processes, manage payroll calendars, maintain project documentation, and oversee system setup for parallel and live payroll runs. Responsibilities also include managing the go-live transition, obtaining client sign-off, documenting client-specific needs, and generating reports for payroll data analysis, auditing, and reconciliation.
