The Payroll Expert will act as the regional subject matter expert for Sweden, owning end-to-end payroll execution and ensuring compliance with local tax authorities. Responsibilities include evaluating and selecting payroll software, preparing and reconciling payroll reports, managing payroll expenses, and assessing processes for improvement. The role also involves staying updated on regulatory changes, collaborating cross-functionally, and answering complex payroll and HR questions for employees and clients in the region.
