Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field and have over 4 years of payroll and HR experience in Spain. A strong working knowledge of Spanish payroll and HR regulations, proficiency in English, and intermediate skills in Excel or Google Sheets are required. Experience with payroll software implementation and managing technology/external payroll providers is advantageous.
The Payroll Expert will ensure accurate and timely payroll execution in Spain, prepare and reconcile payroll reports, and maintain compliance with local tax authorities. Responsibilities include managing local payroll and HR processes, assessing and improving growth processes, staying updated on regulatory changes, and providing expertise on local payroll and HR matters to employees and clients.
