  • Assess current client processes and configure Deel Local Payroll’s payroll engine to align with local laws
  • Ensure smooth transition of clients to the Deel platform
  • Conduct regional discovery and needs analysis: engage clients to understand their current payroll systems, business structures, and compliance requirements; identify gaps and opportunities
  • Create thorough documentation for requirements, configurations, and project changes; maintain an up-to-date repository for knowledge transfer
  • Configure Deel Local Payroll by translating client requirements into software settings customized for country-specific regulations, tax laws, and benefits
  • Design and execute seamless data migration strategies, including data cleansing and validation for compatibility
  • Collaborate with client IT teams for data extraction, mapping, and test migrations, overseeing the process
