Responsibilities

  • Ensure payroll and benefits reporting and payments comply with company policies and regulations
  • Collaborate with external service providers to administer payroll and benefits systems
  • Work closely with Finance to secure smooth payroll processing
  • Drive continuous improvement with AskHR coordinators, HR Business Operations, and HR Services teams, ensuring efficient information flow between HR Partners and other stakeholders
  • Serve as a reliable back-up for the HR Business Operations partner to maintain service continuity
  • Manage and resolve client inquiries via Service Now, promoting the HR operating model and educating employees on HR systems and processes
  • Update payroll data in the HR Portal, research regulatory requirements, and respond to audits and compliance inquiries
