Requirements

Expertise in local US payment rails (e.g., ACH, FedNow) as SME for accurate and timely payment execution
Ability to own end-to-end domestic payment operations, including partner integration, SLA delivery, and cut-off adherence
Experience monitoring and improving payment success rates, incident resolution times, and real-time triage across time zones
Skills in collaborating with banking and PSP partners on change requests, incident escalations, and rulebook updates
Capability to translate market-specific rules into operational processes and automation requirements
Proficiency in driving go-live for new domestic corridors or capabilities, coordinating with Product, Compliance, and Engineering
Knowledge of setting up reconciliation processes for new regional rails, monitoring exceptions, and ensuring SLAs/safeguarding
Experience in operational oversight, root cause analysis, continuous improvement, quality controls, and training

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end domestic payment operations for the US, including partner integration, SLA delivery, and cut-off adherence; serve as SME for local payment rails (e.g., ACH, FedNow)
Monitor and improve payment success rates and incident resolution times; lead real-time triage of processing issues across regional time zones
Collaborate directly with banking and PSP partners to manage change requests, incident escalations, and rulebook updates; translate market-specific rules into operational processes and automation
Drive successful go-live of new domestic corridors or capabilities (e.g., FedNow) by coordinating with Product, Compliance, and Engineering; act as local process lead for Day 1 transactions
Oversee setup of reconciliation processes for new regional rails with shared services Recon team; monitor/escalate exceptions and drive resolution per SLAs/safeguarding
Champion regional ownership of payment SLAs, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement; work with QC & Training to embed quality controls and upskill analysts
Ensure success, accuracy, and compliance of all payment flows in the US; manage operations and KPIs for payment products
Support expansion into new countries by setting up and scaling treasury operations optimized for local requirements
