Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in U.S. healthcare, along with proficiency in analytical and data mining tools for root cause analysis and data insights. Strong communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation abilities, are required, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
As a Payment Integrity Program Development Manager, you will identify and research new medical cost savings opportunities, assess new opportunities by leveraging subject matter expertise, policy research, industry trends, and internal data, and collaborate with internal teams to analyze claims payment inaccuracies and develop payment integrity program changes. You will proactively analyze medical cost trends, claim processing trends, and overpayments to reduce costs and improve claim adjudication accuracy, and independently create data sets to research ideas and develop data insights.
