Grow Therapy is seeking a Credits Lead to establish and manage the Commercial and Government Overpayments vertical within the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team. This role is crucial for ensuring accuracy, compliance, and resolving financial discrepancies related to healthcare claim overpayments.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive performance across multiple RCM operational functions based on key KPIs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve significant improvements in KPIs.
  • Conduct root cause analysis on issues impacting operational performance and recommend solutions.
  • Define team organizational structure, create hiring plans based on growth projections, and prioritize critical hires.
  • Lead special projects focused on process improvement to enhance efficiency and team outcomes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to validate overpayment strategies and design new workflows.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years of direct experience managing overpayments within a Healthcare Organization. Experience in Revenue Cycle Management and the behavioral healthcare space is preferred.
  • Operational Performance: Strong understanding of key KPIs and the ability to utilize various methods to improve performance.
  • Problem-Solving: Proven ability to identify operational pain points and develop effective solutions.
  • Agile: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Team Player: Collaborative spirit, enjoyment of team successes, and a reputation as a reliable and encouraging colleague.
