Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Networks, or a related Engineering discipline
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in IT networks
  • Solid technical background, preferably in IT
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, with strong working knowledge of French
  • Proven ability to work effectively under pressure; enjoys independent project management and excels at self-managing time and priorities
  • Professional experience in a similar field, such as application specialist, product technician, IT hardware support, or IT consultancy; experience in the healthcare or MedTech sector is preferred
  • Willingness to travel at least 40% of the time throughout Belgium (frequent field work on site at about 60%)
  • Master's degree in IT networks or Engineering (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Support CRM (cardiac rhythm management) field teams and international IT deployment team with the technical introduction, commissioning, and maintenance of PCS products according to the local business plan
  • Actively contact relevant contact persons on site in hospitals and practices, discuss implementation requirements, organize their implementation through to final commissioning
  • Support users during operation, including software updates and troubleshooting
  • Initially focus on delivery of deployment targets for the SmartSync Device Manager across the geography
  • Evolve into a technical subject matter expert for PCS products and services and act as single point of contact for field teams
  • Participate in market development efforts and manage specific projects to increase adoption of the PCS portfolio
  • Act as internal/external advocate for the PCS value propositions
