They must possess excellent customer service and communication skills, along with proficiency in computer skills and experience with parts programs like G-Suite. A dedication to work safety and accountability is also required.
The Parts Counter Specialist will provide superior customer service by greeting customers warmly and eagerly assisting them, accurately identifying machine make/model/serial numbers through questioning, investigating part needs and determining necessary additional parts, fulfilling parts orders with in-stock inventory and placing orders as needed, coordinating logistics, collecting customer payment information/POs, utilizing resources to identify parts, and maintaining accurate parts inventory while managing past due accounts.
