Requirements

  • 5+ years in partnerships, BD, alliances, or strategic GTM roles
  • Deep experience in at least one of these domains: healthcare RCM, EHR integrations, MSO/DSO ecosystems, consulting/PE advisory, or healthcare SaaS
  • Proven track record of sourcing and closing complex multi-party partnerships
  • Technical fluency with APIs, data flows, and integration requirements
  • Executive presence and strong relationship skills, especially with PE partners and C-suite operators
  • Bias for action, willingness to build from scratch, and comfort operating in ambiguity

Responsibilities

  • Build the holistic partnerships roadmap across private equity firms, EHR vendors, healthcare tech platforms, consulting firms, channel/referral partners, and systems integrators
  • Prioritize partnership tiers, ROI, and integration depth
  • Define joint value propositions tailored to each partner type
  • Source, pitch, negotiate, and close new partnerships
  • Build co-sell and referral motions to accelerate revenue
  • Manage pipelines across all partner categories
  • Work with Product & Engineering on integrations, API workflows, and partner-specific technical requirements
  • Collaborate with Sales on co-selling frameworks, partner enablement, and attribution
  • Partner with Marketing on co-branded materials, case studies, and event strategy
  • Work with Legal on contracting, data rights, training data usage, and commercial terms
  • Create dashboards for partner revenue, forecast impact, and performance tracking
  • Build scalable onboarding, training, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs)
  • Ensure partners are fully enabled to sell, integrate, and expand
