Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience as a technical pre/post Solutions Architect (Startup experience is a big plus)
  • A real passion for AI and a strong desire to become an expert on the applications of large visual-language models (ML experience is a plus)
  • Excellent communication skills and technical chops to seamlessly toggle between presenting to customer stakeholders and whiteboarding with technical audiences
  • Strong knowledge of HTTP, JavaScript, Web SDKs, and APIs, with the ability to comfortably implement software prototypes leveraging APIs from scratch
  • Strong market awareness, with the ability to gather, filter, and process complex market (industry, customer, prospect) intelligence
  • High tolerance for ambiguity in an early-stage startup environment
  • Deep understanding of cloud and data infrastructure and the points of leverage for video
  • Comfortable leading conversations with customers, naturally curious about their business, and able to design and execute experiments demonstrating transformative business values

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Product and Engineering leaders within partners’ services teams to find high-leverage and customer-impact ways to integrate TwelveLabs models
  • Run enablement sessions for cloud infrastructure partner’s solutions architect teams to build with the TwelveLabs APIs in customer environments
  • Develop and execute programs with partners that accelerate adoption, partnering closely with partners’ GTM organization to scale best practices and sales plays globally
  • Inform the long-term product roadmap by merging customer and partner feedback
  • Present to large groups of partners and customers at conferences and partner engagement events to drive adoption of TwelveLabs APIs
  • Write blog posts and build architectures to expand thought leadership in the AI and video space
  • Build proof-of-concept integrations to kickstart and inspire engineering work with partners
  • Work closely with Twelve Labs’ leadership to develop growth plans, pricing, and long-term roadmaps with strategic partners to materially impact growth
  • Monitor the industry landscape (people, competitors, potential partners) daily to contribute to GTM strategy and playbook
  • Provide input to Twelve Labs’ product team on features to prioritize
