- At least 1–2 years of experience in account or project management (e-commerce/SaaS advantageous)
- Excellent organization, structured approach, and meticulousness
- Ability to quickly understand technical concepts
- Experience with CRM and project management tools
- Slovak language (comprehension level)
- English at least B2 level
- Team player who is proactive, independent, and seeks ways to improve processes
- Flexibility and willingness to develop further (agenda evolves with Marketplace)
Responsibilities
- Assess proposals for new add-ons – their benefits, priority, and alignment with strategy
- Guide partners through the process from initial idea to market launch and manage the full lifecycle of add-ons
- Coordinate collaboration with implementation and marketing partners
- Collaborate across the company (product, marketing, CS, CC) and maintain clear task structures
- Work with data – add-on performance, demand, e-commerce trends
- Collaborate on Marketplace standards, maintain process cleanliness, simplify procedures, and find more efficient ways
