Position Overview

Snowflake's Partner organization is dedicated to accelerating the customer journey to becoming truly data-driven by empowering our ecosystem of partners to integrate best-in-class technology, solutions, and services. Sales Operations is the driving force behind every Sales organization, responsible for accelerating the growth of the business by enabling sellers to sell most effectively. Our Partner Sales Operations team is integral in addressing the scaling needs of our Partner ecosystem and driving a positive experience for our Partners when working with Snowflake. This role is uniquely positioned at the cross-section of these critical support functions to make a true impact on the business.

Our team is building the capabilities needed to scale Snowflake’s Go-to-market strategy & Partner ecosystem. In this role, you will support our internal Partner teams, ensuring their inquiries and operational needs are addressed efficiently. You will play a key part in maintaining the smooth flow of information, systems, and processes that enable our Partner business to thrive.

We’re looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn the intricacies of a fast-paced partner ecosystem. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who enjoys problem-solving and providing excellent support.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize incoming inquiries and support requests from internal Partner teams through various channels (e.g., cases queue, Slack, inbox).
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to common partner-related questions and operational challenges.
  • Triage and escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g., Partner Operations, IT, Legal, Finance) for resolution, ensuring clear communication and follow-up.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating internal knowledge bases and process documentation to ensure information is current and accessible.
  • Support the execution of routine operational tasks and data entry within our core systems.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify trends in inquiries and suggest minor process improvements.
  • Learn about Snowflake's Partner ecosystem, including different partner types (SIs, ISVs, Cloud Partners, Resellers) and their basic operational needs.

Requirements

  • On Day One, we will expect you to have:

    • 2-5 years of professional experience in a sales, support, or operations role, preferably in a fast-paced technology environment.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-service mindset.
    • A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn new systems and processes quickly.
    • Basic proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace applications.
    • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
    • A foundational understanding of business operations in a B2B setting is a plus.
