Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in program operations, service delivery, or vendor coordination—especially in education, government partnerships, or workforce development
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong numerical and analytical aptitude

  • Exceptional cross-functional operator, with a track record of executing reliably under complexity
  • Experience working with vendors, subcontractors, or field teams to manage service delivery at scale

  • Understand the nuance of operating across geographies, languages, and local constraints
  • Energized by improving systems, not just maintaining them
  • Experience in Egypt or MENA, or working with government-sponsored education initiatives

Responsibilities

  • Manage execution of select workstreams within complex learning programs (e.g., in-person sessions, practical workshops, hackathons)
  • Coordinate across vendor partners, facilitators, and internal teams to ensure service offerings are staffed, delivered, and monitored effectively
  • Manage contractor teams to resolve delivery issues and escalations in real time
  • Lead sourcing process of new partners to meet complex delivery requirements, including managing any RFP processes
  • Negotiate vendor contracts and ensure compliance with SLAs
  • Serve as the operational point-of-contact for delivery vendors and facilitation partners
  • Oversee partner onboarding, alignment, and ongoing performance across service areas
  • Track vendor KPIs (e.g., attendance, staffing coverage, session readiness), run reviews, and drive continuous improvement
  • Identify bottlenecks or manual workflows in partner-enabled delivery and lead process improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal teams to automate tracking, reporting, or escalations where possible
  • Document best practices and build playbooks to enable repeatable delivery in new regions or programs
  • Advocate for and collaborate on development of partner tools designed to improve delivery outcomes
  • Contribute to new delivery model pilots, regional expansions, or internal capability-building projects
  • Provide operational input into RFP responses, client conversations, or vendor contracting processes
