Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any area related to marketing or business
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of marketing experience in industries related to Cloud Computing, Networking, Data, Security and AI
  • Fluency in English language
  • Past work experience managing and running co-marketing executions across segments like SMB, Mid-Market, Enterprise and Service Providers
  • Proven track record in driving marketing metrics across pipeline generation, channel satisfaction, funds utilisation, martech adoption, AI adoption etc
  • Good understanding of channel marketing

Responsibilities

  • Partner Marketing planning, execution and reporting: Administer and manage ROI of Marketing activities for Solutions Providers and Distributors, including partner-to and partner-with marketing investments
  • Establish strategic relationships with assigned partners, particularly marketing teams and C-Level executives; serve as the main HPE contact for marketing, conduct quarterly joint marketing planning, provide regular marketing training on HPE messaging, campaigns, assets, and guidelines; maintain controls and ethics
  • Partner Admin and Operations Support: Support performance management, facilitate communication with sales and partners, manage DF (Discretionary Funding) requests in Salesforce (SFDC)
  • Strategic Partner Support: Participate in regular quarterly business reviews with sales and marketing representatives from DF Focus Partners; act as Marketing SME and promote best practices
  • Field Marketing Activities: Execute customer GTM activities for SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments, including digital demand generation, HPE-led events, or events with alliance partners
  • Plan with assigned partners to convert HPE South Pacific sub-regions business priorities into impactful co-marketing execution plans; measure results and learn from past actions
  • Drive improvements in Annual Satisfaction Survey scores for key partners in lead generation, channel marketing, and joint business planning; drive incremental channel business; build extended HPE Channel marketing community; strengthen strategic relationships with key channel partners including C-Level executives
  • Achieve key metrics: Utilisation metrics for co-marketing funds (including mix and distribution by areas like Demand Gen, Sales Enablement, Digital Marketing, Events); timely completion of mandatory trainings; adherence to HPE guidelines; close collaboration with internal stakeholders and partners
