5+ years of experience in partner and campaign management, demand generation, or digital marketing, ideally in B2B or fintech

Responsibilities
Drive the Partner Marketing strategy & plan, including working with Marketing, Acquisition, and Strategic Growth teams to develop a partner marketing strategy with a tiered partner support model, campaign structure, and bespoke campaign approach
Collaborate with the partner relationship team to build and drive specific marketing campaigns for ISV partners to gain new leads and merchant acquisition
Develop a series of templated campaign assets to support an always-on calendar of acquisition opportunities for partners
Create a plan and benchmark for lead gen optimisation, continuously test and update messaging, creative, and targeting to improve conversion and ROI
Use data to identify drop-offs and opportunities across the lead funnel and implement strategies to improve conversion
Track, report, and present campaign performance metrics and insights to internal and external stakeholders
Apply learnings to refine future campaigns and improve overall marketing effectiveness
Work closely with product, sales, and external agency teams to align campaigns with commercial priorities
Seek insight from global peers and build relationships amongst global partner marketing teams
