Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in partner and campaign management, demand generation, or digital marketing, ideally in B2B or fintech
  • Proven track record in building and executing campaigns that drive measurable results (implied from role description)

Responsibilities

  • Drive the Partner Marketing strategy & plan, including working with Marketing, Acquisition, and Strategic Growth teams to develop a partner marketing strategy with a tiered partner support model, campaign structure, and bespoke campaign approach
  • Collaborate with the partner relationship team to build and drive specific marketing campaigns for ISV partners to gain new leads and merchant acquisition
  • Develop a series of templated campaign assets to support an always-on calendar of acquisition opportunities for partners
  • Create a plan and benchmark for lead gen optimisation, continuously test and update messaging, creative, and targeting to improve conversion and ROI
  • Use data to identify drop-offs and opportunities across the lead funnel and implement strategies to improve conversion
  • Track, report, and present campaign performance metrics and insights to internal and external stakeholders
  • Apply learnings to refine future campaigns and improve overall marketing effectiveness
  • Work closely with product, sales, and external agency teams to align campaigns with commercial priorities
  • Seek insight from global peers and build relationships amongst global partner marketing teams
