  • Experience working autonomously with General Managers/Program Management/Directors for alignment and execution
  • Participation in internal meetings (e.g., PLTs) and strategy planning
  • Maintaining current partner-specific records/documentation

Responsibilities

  • Establish and uphold productive marketing relationships between 2U marketing and partner institutions within an assigned portfolio
  • Determine and execute cadenced communication plans with school stakeholders for effective brand stewardship and strategic marketing
  • Engage as a trusted advisor and brand steward, leading proactive partner discussions to align objectives, drive growth, and create outcomes
  • Manage direct, scoped contact with partners to ensure progress against marketing strategies, performance, and growth objectives
  • Secure partner/internal approvals on projects/initiatives, navigate requests/feedback, manage Jira tickets, collaborate on creative briefs, and log reports
  • Provide partners with regular performance feedback and reporting
  • Improve/maintain partner sentiment and increase go-to-market speed to achieve business goals
  • Drive marketing narrative with partners and internal stakeholders to support university and 2U business goals
  • Monitor and track partner funnel, accountable for funnel performance
  • Proactively engage internal teams and escalate to address performance/partner concerns against business goals
  • Ensure strategic/creative deliverables align with partner brand, strategy, and goals
  • Engage with Marketing Strategy to uncover opportunities, trends, and insights by vertical
  • Work closely/autonomously with each program’s General Manager/Program Management/Director for alignment and execution of marketing strategies/objectives
