Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, consulting or ecosystem strategy, ideally within SaaS or enterprise software
  • Demonstrated success in developing and scaling technology or platform partnerships
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience structuring deals, negotiating contracts, and driving revenue growth
  • Understanding of API-based integrations, marketplaces, and SaaS commercial models
  • Excellent relationship management, communication, and stakeholder alignment skills
  • Strong analytical and operational mindset; able to build frameworks and track performance metrics
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field; MBA is an asset
  • Eligible to work in Canada and residing in Toronto, Ontario (hybrid role, 3 days/week in Downtown Toronto office)

Responsibilities

  • Identify, source, and manage relationships with technology partners aligned to Caseware’s strategic ecosystem priorities
  • Negotiate partnership agreements, ensuring alignment of commercial, technical, and strategic objectives
  • Build long-term, trusted relationships that deliver measurable customer and business value
  • Maintain a pipeline of high-impact partner opportunities and regularly assess performance and strategic fit
  • Contribute to, and operationalize the Partner Playbook, outlining the end-to-end partner lifecycle from intake and evaluation through certification and go-to-market
  • Create scalable onboarding and enablement processes to ensure partners are equipped for success
  • Partner with Legal and Finance to standardize agreement templates, pricing, and economic models
  • Establish and manage programs that drive mutual revenue growth through co-selling, co-marketing, and marketplace opportunities
  • Partner with GTM and Marketing to drive awareness and adoption of the partner ecosystem
  • Support the design and execution of the economic model supporting the ecosystem
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to define integration workflows and to ensure partner integrations align with technical standards and customer needs
