Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in partnerships, sales support, or a related field
  • Direct experience in digital media, advertising, or consumer data
  • Strong organizational and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Foundational understanding of digital advertising KPIs and how media solutions drive outcomes
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and engage with clients
  • (Preferred) Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms

Responsibilities

  • Support outreach by managing prospect lists, preparing briefs, and joining early conversations
  • Draft proposals and sales materials using templates and summaries, with guidance from senior teammates
  • Learn Fetch processes and tools to support offer execution and maintain data hygiene
  • With guidance from your manager and team, learn and articulate Fetch’s value proposition and ad products
  • Build internal relationships with Account Managers and Industry Leads to understand campaign setup and client needs
  • Handle assigned tasks such as data entry, recaps, and follow-ups, incorporating automation where applicable
  • Maintain pipeline records in Salesforce, flagging gaps and updates to ensure accuracy
  • Assist in relationship mapping, leveraging LinkedIn or ZoomInfo with support from leaders
  • Manage a defined revenue quota tied to renewals and upsells across your assigned book of business
  • Support accurate pacing and basic forecasting to ensure predictable delivery
