Responsibilities

Own the day-to-day relationship with the partner’s regional team, aligning on priorities, performance, and roadmap execution
Drive regional performance against partnership targets, including revenue, product adoption, incentives, and program compliance
Lead quarterly and annual business reviews (QBRs/ABRs), surfacing insights, risks, and strategic recommendations
Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, operations, finance, and legal to execute partner strategy consistently across markets
Support regional go-to-market initiatives, product launches, and cross-functional alignment with the Regional Managing Director
Identify and pursue regional growth opportunities—co-investment, pilots, expansion initiatives
Ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, campaign tracking, and claims for incentive programs
Enable teams through training, localized partner messaging, and scalable workflows
Uphold governance and compliance with all partner program rules, branding, and operational standards
Influence regional quotas tied to partner performance and ensure strong pipeline and forecast accuracy
