Position Overview

NVIDIA is a world leader in Artificial Intelligence Computing, focused on Gaming, Automotive, Enterprise Graphics, and HPC/Cloud Datacenters. We are seeking experienced, driven sales professionals to join our Partner Business Manager team. This role involves working within a partner-led sales model across EMEA, with a specific focus on the DACH region. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of exceeding goals, excellent sales management experience, and the ability to develop and build robust partner relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with and understand NVIDIA partner business models.
  • Collaborate with reseller partners to create and execute business plans to drive revenue.
  • Create, develop, and maintain relationships with key resellers in your territory.
  • Engage in pipeline reviews and manage a rolling pipeline of opportunities in SFDC, including forecasting internally.
  • Track partner POS (Point of Sale) and training compliance.
  • Coordinate with partners to achieve sales goals.
  • Work with NVIDIA Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams to grow partner revenue.
  • Maintain executive and C-level relationships.
  • Understand and advocate NVIDIA Solutions via the partner community.
  • Serve as a go-to resource for partners regarding NVIDIA.
  • Lead partner trainings as needed.
  • Present results in regular internal QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews).

Requirements

  • A passion for technology.
  • Fluent in both German and English.
  • Proven experience selling technology solutions and maintaining professional relationships.
  • Experience managing Channel/Partner Reseller ecosystems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with SFDC (Salesforce).
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of meaningful work experience.
  • Willingness to travel lightly for events, trainings, and partner QBRs.
  • Previous experience working with channel resellers is preferred.
