  • Familiarity with HPE's SBC requirements for Partners, including applicable legal obligations

Responsibilities

  • Serves as a trusted adviser to the Partner and develops mutually beneficial relationships aligned with HPE business priorities
  • Drives end-to-end revenue, HPE profitability, and pipeline through joint business plans and data-driven sales efforts
  • Articulates HPE global and local business strategies to "sell with," "sell to," and "sell through" the Partner, creating a scalable selling ecosystem
  • Provides resources and guidance to the Partner (e.g., VAR, Distributor, SI, ISV, Managed Service Provider) on emerging trends in alignment with HPE priorities and co-creates mutually beneficial plans
  • Coordinates and executes HPE activities with the Partner, leveraging specialists when needed
  • Aligns field sales to drive increased value for pipeline and revenue/profit growth, leveraging the partner ecosystem
  • Leads HPE strategy, programs, and systems with and on behalf of the Partner to accelerate financial outcomes and build loyalty
  • Demonstrates business and sales leadership by building relationships with Partners to grow HPE market share
  • Enacts day-to-day HPE strategy, programs, and systems to assure accelerated financial outcomes and partner loyalty
  • Tailors selling solutions to fit the partner's customer profile to achieve assigned quota
  • May recruit and develop relationships with new partners to increase commitment to HPE
  • May monitor Partner sales floor to help develop pipeline
  • Ensures partners are aware of and compliant with HPE's SBC requirements
