Requirements

Responsibilities

The Partner Account Manager will serve as the ‘face’ of Luna in their assigned region, proactively communicating with high-volume potential providers to ensure the company’s success. They will oversee and manage three or more markets, collaborate with PRM partners to grow territory, manage high-volume partner accounts, and build relationships with physicians and office personnel through effective communication. Additionally, they will schedule and conduct briefings with physician teams, analyze regional data, innovate new processes to increase patient volume, and encourage physicians to refer patients to Luna by fostering trust and providing excellent customer service, while also implementing the HVA process as needed.
