Candidates should have 1-3 years of retail or customer-oriented experience. Excellent people skills are required, along with a fastidious attention to detail and enthusiasm for maintaining brand aesthetics. Candidates must also demonstrate the ability to foster connections with customers and actively contribute towards meeting sales goals. Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays is necessary, with a minimum commitment of 16 hours per week.
The Retail Ambassador will provide an unparalleled customer experience for every Rothy’s customer and own all day-to-day interactions in the store and across all brand touch points. They will support the Retail Manager and Assistant Manager in all operational duties, develop and maintain an expert-level understanding of products and processes, elevate customer feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement. Additionally, they will create loyalty by connecting customers with the brand and community.
