They must also be authorized to work in the United States and be able to attend remote training Monday-Thursday from 9:00 am-3:00 pm CST.
Ibotta Care Agents will provide excellent customer service via email tickets, investigate user issues by reviewing account information and app data, and problem-solve by analyzing Ibotta systems.
