Requirements

Strong product knowledge of Lush products and brand values (Fighting Animal Testing, Freshest Cosmetics, Ethical Buying, 100% Vegetarian, Handmade, Naked Packaging)
Ability to use StoreForce dashboard for analyzing sales results and providing coaching
Skills in sales techniques, customer service, and product demonstrations
Leadership and team development abilities, including training and coaching sales associates
Commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB)
Punctuality and reliability in attendance
Availability for part-time schedule (20-29 hours weekly), including opening/closing the store

Responsibilities

Drive sales by utilizing StoreForce dashboard for coaching, feedback, and shop floor adjustments to meet/exceed goals; take ownership of results and celebrate achievements
Deliver world-class customer experience by leading by example, observing consultations, collaborating with team, and exceeding daily sales goals
Build the brand by educating customers on Lush values, hosting store parties, community engagement, and traffic-driving initiatives
Increase product knowledge through constant learning and make informed recommendations
Train and coach Sales Ambassadors and peers on sales techniques and product knowledge; lead by example, assess performance, and seek feedback for self-development
Foster DEIB by encouraging open communication, listening to perspectives, promoting teamwork, collaboration, and valuing unique contributions
Manage cash handling, including transactions, register opening/closing, reconciling drawers, nightly deposits, securing store, and bank deposits as required
Lead by example in attendance/punctuality, monitor employee breaks, review daily communications/task lists to ensure team preparedness
Maintain clean, organized, visually appealing store through visuals and merchandising
