Responsibilities

  • Drive sales by using StoreForce dashboard to coach sales team, adjust shop floor structure, take ownership of results, and celebrate achievements
  • Deliver world-class customer experience by leading by example, observing consultations, collaborating with team, and exceeding sales goals
  • Build the brand by educating customers on Lush values, hosting store parties, community engagement, and traffic-driving initiatives
  • Increase product knowledge through constant learning and make informed product recommendations
  • Train and coach Sales Ambassadors and peers on sales techniques and product knowledge; lead by example, assess performance, and seek feedback for self-development
  • Promote DEIB by encouraging open communication, listening to perspectives, fostering belonging, teamwork, collaboration, and recognizing contributions
  • Manage cash handling (transactions, register open/close, reconciling drawers, deposits, securing store); take deposits to bank as required
  • Lead by example in attendance/punctuality, monitor employee breaks, review daily communications/task lists for team preparedness
  • Maintain clean, organized, visually appealing store through visuals and merchandising
