Responsibilities

  • Drive sales using StoreForce dashboard: coach sales team, adjust shop floor structure, own results, grow segment contributions, and celebrate achievements
  • Deliver world-class customer experience: lead by example with product demonstrations, observe consultations, collaborate with team, exceed sales goals, and build loyal customer base
  • Build the brand: educate customers on Lush values, engage community, host store parties, and drive traffic
  • Demonstrate product passion: continuously learn and make informed product recommendations
  • Train and coach Sales Ambassadors and peers on sales techniques and product knowledge to improve performance and increase sales; lead by example, own development, seek feedback
  • Promote DEIB: encourage open communication, listen to perspectives, foster belonging through teamwork, collaboration, and recognizing contributions
  • Manage cash handling: handle transactions, open/close register, reconcile drawers, prepare deposits, secure store, and take deposits to bank as required
  • Oversee time and attendance: lead by example in punctuality, monitor breaks, review communications/task lists for team preparedness
  • Maintain visuals and merchandising: keep store clean, organized, and visually appealing to enhance customer experience
  • Support Store Management Team across all business areas, including opening/closing store and analyzing sales results
