Requirements

Candidates must be currently located in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and should possess excellent English and French communication skills, both oral and written. Demonstrated problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, good logic, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with proven ability to multitask and work in a team environment. Strong customer focus and a pleasant telephone manner are required, and technical proficiency with MSOffice, including Excel, is needed.

Responsibilities

As a Part-time Bilingual (English/French) Customer Service Representative, you will investigate and solve telephone and email queries from our Household Panel Members, assist panel members with problems concerning scanner operations, and update all panel information. You will also monitor and interpret changes in employment legislation across North America and develop HR policies to ensure compliance, conduct audits, deliver training, and advise management on HR-related risk mitigation strategies.
