They must also demonstrate analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data from dashboards, Clarisight, and Excel/Sheets formulas, and exhibit a proactive mindset with ownership attitude.
The Paid Social Growth Manager will lead communication with Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat on bonuses, bugs, and strategic partnerships, coordinate testing roadmaps, serve as an escalation point for technical issues, and own strategic growth initiatives across paid social platforms. Additionally, they will lead the development and audit of auto rules, coordinate automation improvements, and build custom acquisition reports to identify growth opportunities.
