What We're Looking For?

The Paid Social Growth Manager is responsible for driving scalable, efficient growth across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and emerging paid social platforms. This role combines strategic thinking, platform partnership management, test planning, and automation oversight. The ideal candidate can align cross-functional efforts, own high-impact platform relationships, and execute with a growth mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Platform Relationships & Cross-Team Collaboration:
    • Lead communication with Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat on: Bonuses/incentive allocation, critical bugs and platform-level requests, strategic partnerships (e.g., Promo Days, Value Optimization, Advanced Analytics programs).
    • Coordinate testing roadmaps and hypothesis development through best practice sharing across teams.
    • Serve as the main escalation point for technical platform issues and beta opportunities.
  • Automation & Operational Efficiency:
    • Lead the development and continuous audit of auto rules, driving simplification and smarter decision-making.
    • Coordinate automation improvements in collaboration with UA managers and the MarTech/Analytics team.
    • Ensure that rules and scaling logic are aligned with strategic objectives and evolving platform best practices.
  • Platform Strategy & Growth:
    • Own strategic growth initiatives across paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat) with a focus on efficiency and spend scaling.
    • Proactively identify and act on growth opportunities using performance data, competitor insights, and internal learnings.
    • Autonomously build custom acquisition reports to spot trends, gaps, and scaling potential.

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of platform mechanics (Meta/TikTok/Snapchat auction systems, CAPI/SKAN, attribution flows)
  • Ability to balance strategic priorities with fast, tactical execution
  • Skilled in cross-functional communication, especially with product, creative, analytics, and UA teams
  • Analytical mindset: comfortable with dashboards, Clarisight, Excel/Sheets formulas, data interpretation
  • Proactive mindset and ownership attitude — able to push initiatives without direct prompting
