Responsibilities

  • Drive the strategic direction and growth of the Paid Media department in the region
  • Lead strategic conversations with senior clients and key stakeholders, serving as the main Paid Media reference
  • Oversee and define paid media strategies (Search, Social, Display, etc.) aligned with client business goals
  • Mentor and manage a team of paid media professionals, including strategy, guidance, and hands-on involvement
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development, ensuring the team remains at the forefront of industry trends and platform updates
  • Oversee resource allocation to ensure effective execution
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., SEO, Creative, Analytics) to develop integrated and holistic marketing strategies
  • Define the strategic vision for the region and collaborate with the global leadership team to align on best practices and increase revenue
