Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, or similar BI platforms is required, along with fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory); Spanish is a plus.
As a Paid Media Analyst, you will plan, execute, and optimize performance-driven campaigns to achieve business goals across LATAM, manage and allocate budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs), leverage insights to expand and optimize campaigns in key Hispanic markets, track, analyze, and report on key metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement, oversee campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other programmatic platforms, run experiments to improve ad performance, including creative testing, audience segmentation, and landing page optimization, work closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Data teams to align paid media efforts with broader business objectives, coordinate with external agencies and vendors to enhance campaign performance and scale operations, and stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and new opportunities.
