About the Role

We are seeking a data-savvy Paid Marketing Analyst to support and optimize our paid media initiatives across search, social, and display channels. You will collaborate closely with our campaign managers to extract insights, identify growth opportunities, and ensure efficient investment to drive performance. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong analytical instincts looking to advance their career in digital marketing.

What You Bring

  • Hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns (search, social, and display) with a global focus.
  • A strong understanding of key marketing metrics (CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, etc.) and the ability to interpret them.
  • Comfort working with large datasets and performing detailed performance analysis.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Looker, Excel, or similar BI platforms.
  • A curious, analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Bonus: Experience with SQL, Python, or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on paid campaign performance across Google Ads. (Knowledge of Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic/display channels is a plus).
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities within campaign data to inform optimization strategies.
  • Assist in A/B testing, creative performance reviews, and bid strategy evaluations.
  • Partner with the paid marketing team to enhance audience targeting, conversion funnels, and landing page effectiveness.
  • Create dashboards and reporting templates using tools like Looker, GA4, or Excel/Sheets.
  • Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure spend pacing and ROI targets are met.
  • Stay updated on platform changes and industry benchmarks.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $34,300 USD - $96,450 USD. Actual base pay is determined by factors such as location, transferable skills, and job-related experience, and may span multiple career levels.
