Position Overview

Teikametrics is seeking an eCommerce Media Analyst to join our rapidly expanding global enterprise managed services team. This is an Account Management role where you will collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers and high-growth brands across various eCommerce advertising platforms. You will contribute to the exciting growth and scale of Teikametrics, helping to shape our operations, community, and culture.

Responsibilities

  • Execute Advertising Campaigns: Manage Amazon & Walmart advertising investment and strategy for direct-response ad types across a client portfolio, driving consistent quarter-on-quarter growth in performance and investment.
  • Data Analysis: Source and analyze data using internal and external tools (e.g., Excel) to provide services. Design reporting methods focused on data visualization to uncover insights into brand performance.
  • Client Strategy: Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to identify growth opportunities and present data-backed strategic recommendations directly to customers. Ensure effective implementation and measurement of strategic initiatives.
  • Solve Process Inefficiencies: Develop tools, processes, and reporting solutions to address inefficiencies in daily campaign management execution.
  • Become an Expert: Stay current with new direct marketing innovations from Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok to guide clients.
  • Voice of the Customer: Provide structured customer feedback to Teikametrics product, data science, and development teams to drive automation and advocate for customer needs in product and service development.
  • Mentor Junior Team Members: Onboard and mentor junior team members and new hires, fostering knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work with internal product, sales, and marketing teams on new products, services, and marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Experience:
    • 2+ years of Paid Search (PPC) account management experience.
    • 3-5 years of experience as a client-analyst for a retail-oriented software or services company (e.g., eCommerce business, ad tech company, direct-marketing services agency).
  • Educational Background:
    • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Economics, Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, Mathematics, or Communications).
    • Master’s degree in a relevant field is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Strong quantitative skills and a passion for data analysis.
    • Familiarity with SQL and advanced experience in MS Excel.
    • Data management experience (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI) is a plus.
    • Superlative communication skills with deep proficiency in professional writing and presentation.
  • Professional Development:
    • Certifications in Amazon Advertising and Walmart Advertising console are desired.
