Requirements

Fluency in both Polish and English languages (required)
Proven previous experience in leading a team (preferably in operational or production environment)
Bachelor’s degree (preferably chemical or technical)
Excellent organisational and interpersonal, communications skills
Strong influencing skills - the ability to develop a broad understanding of the business and influence and cooperate with other functions, such as Customer Services, Customer Engineering, Supply Chain
A strong, mature and inspirational people leader
Ability to work independently without direct supervision
Strong safety attitude
Comfortable in high pressure situations, can review information and prioritise with pace
PC literacy (Microsoft Windows)
Driving license

Responsibilities

Deliver a safe and efficient production of the technical, food and medical gases, fully compliant with local legislations, international quality management standards and Air Products corporate standards, in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 requirements
Provide Safety and EH&S leadership and maintaining a high level of workplace and customer service safety at the facility in Warsaw; support from the country EH&S team will be also provided
Coordinate production tasks; coordinate and supervise reporting documents (central and local; in the SAP and ERP systems)
Control and ensure the accuracy of the inventory of full and empty bottles and materials needed during production related to quality and reported complaints (certificates, prints, tags)
Oversee the entire production of medical oxygen at Air Products to meet GMP requirements
Build a focus on customer service, understanding the importance of reliable production operations in achieving this
Lead and develop a team of approximately 8 and empower them to take ownership of their tasks; to ensure that the team implements, understands and considers standards, regulatory requirements, work practices, work process and procedures etc
Focus on delivery of the operational KPIs
Work closely with other cross functions within Air Products
Deal with customers – day to day operational issues (safety, plant maintenance, reports etc.)
Deal with authorities and other third parties - works inspections, environmental authority, accident insurance, technical inspections, community administration, property insurance, contractors, and suppliers
Have the stand-by and "on-call" duties
