Responsibilities

  • Cleaning Product Before Shipping: Ensure all products are thoroughly cleaned and vacuumed before shipping, inspecting for dirt, dust, or debris, and using appropriate cleaning equipment and techniques
  • Shipping Member Orders: Pack member orders and prepare shipping labels, working closely with the Outbound Team to ensure accurate and timely shipping
  • Quality Control: Perform quality control checks to ensure items are accurately cleaned, packed, and labeled according to standards, inspecting for damage and packaging condition
  • Unboxing Effect and Member Satisfaction: Ensure members receive an exceptional unboxing experience and are satisfied with their product by carefully packaging items luxuriously and proactively addressing concerns
