Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Proficient knowledge of SAP systems
  • Fluent English communication skills (both written and verbal); additional language proficiency is advantageous
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong analytical abilities and excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Collections Management: Resolving customer financial inquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Managing due and overdue balances through Collections Workflow tools
  • Addressing and resolving discrepancies (Quantity, Price, Warranty, Customer, Freight, etc.)
  • Financial Reporting & Documentation: Preparing and distributing customer account statements
  • Generating timely reports including Past Due reports and Forecasts
  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive desktop procedures
  • Process Improvement & Collaboration: Identifying opportunities for continuous process improvement
  • Escalating and following up on issues through appropriate channels
  • Ensuring Key Performance Indicators are met and service excellence is maintained
