Responsibilities

Partner with senior business leaders and functional heads to align integration and engagement initiatives with strategic priorities, ensuring visible sponsorship from leadership
Translate strategic objectives into actionable, inspiring programs and narratives that resonate with diverse audiences — from production employees to senior executives
Design and roll out integration and engagement initiatives consistently across all EMEA locations
Design and facilitate workshops and interventions at all organizational levels to foster alignment and collaboration
Build networks and communities to promote cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing
Act as a role model and internal ambassador for cultural and organizational transformation
Leverage digital platforms to connect dispersed teams and make engagement initiatives accessible at scale
Coach and enable leaders at all levels to role-model desired behaviors and take ownership for transformation
Monitor, evaluate, and report the progress of integration initiatives, translating insights into actionable recommendations for leadership teams
