Requirements
Experience in delivering organizational change management on IT-enabled business transformation programmes
S/4 HANA experience would be advantageous
Strong knowledge of change management methodologies, approaches and deliverables
Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C2 proficiency)
Additional Language (including Dutch, Italian, Spanish or French) is a requirement for this role
Broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience
Experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences
Experience in one or more of these change management areas: Communication management; Business Readiness; Organizational Design; Benefits Realisation; and Training & Development
Outstanding communication, presentation, client service and networking skills and experience in stakeholder engagement
Strong business knowledge in one or more industry sectors
Able to contribute to bid work, write proposals and deliver client presentations
Responsibilities
Proactively manage transformation, change and digital adoption for large scale, transformation programmes
Setting and managing change adoption criteria to achieve the desired outcomes and objectives
Be the point of contact for specific activity: communications, engagement, training or role mapping
Build and manage relationships with mid-level client managers
Contribute to business development proposals
As a Senior Consultant: manage a workstream, country deployment or entire projects, and face off to senior leaders from the client
