Requirements

  • Professional graduate with 2 to 6 years of experience in OTC domain, Billing, Collections, Disputes, etc
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, well-organized, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to perform in a rapidly changing environment
  • Preferred experience working with SAP, Salesforce, Service Now
  • Good knowledge and experience in executing/leading process transformation actions
  • Knowledge/Experience in SAP preferred, including functional experience in different SAP modules
  • Good team player
  • Responsibility and accuracy in performing assigned tasks
  • Ability to resolve urgent matters and work under pressure
  • Flexibility, especially during month/quarter/year-end closing periods
  • Reliable and proactive approach to assigned tasks (thinking outside the box is an advantage)
  • Preferred advanced level of English proficiency

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and resolve low-complexity problems
  • Daily interaction with peers within Accenture before escalating to supervisors
  • Limited exposure to clients and/or Accenture executives
  • Follow detailed instructions on daily tasks and new tasks, with decisions impacting work
  • Be well-versed in basic business statistics and terms, using them in discussions with stakeholders
  • Work closely with project team members to effectively meet requirements
  • Assist in the team's overall workload by managing deliverables and helping the team as needed
  • Act as an individual contributor as part of a team, with a focused scope of work
