0 - 2 years of experience in entering, maintaining, and validating service and billing data and preparing customer invoices

Enters new and updated customer contracts into system and updates existing customer contracts as needed
Compares data entered to source documentation for accuracy and completeness
Scans source documents as PDFs into the document storage system
Ensures accurate and complete data is entered appropriately, makes corrections when needed
May gather and summarize supplemental billing information to accommodate customer billing requirements
May transmit digital customer billing invoices to customers and/or upload billing information into customer payment platform
Ensure all billing-related documents are properly stored and accessible in accordance with company policies
Performs other non-essential duties as assigned or may be necessary
