Responsibilities

Solve routine problems through precedent and referral to general guidelines
Interact primarily within own team and with direct supervisor
Follow detailed instructions on all tasks
Make decisions that impact own work under close supervision
Work as an individual contributor in a team with predetermined, narrow scope
Collect operational data/reports, conduct analysis, and reconcile transactions
Optimize working capital, provide real-time visibility, and manage end-to-end revenue and cash flow
Streamline billing processes from customer inquiry, sales order, delivery, and invoicing
Solve queries related to cash applications and coordinate with customers
Understand and process cash applications, apply unapplied cash, reconcile suspense accounts from payment receipt to finalization
Manage OTC collections/disputes including debt collection, reporting on aged debt, dunning process, bad debt provisioning
Perform cash reconciliations and follow up for missing remittances
Prepare refund packages accurately and supply to clients
Record all collections activities consistently per client process/tool
Deliver process requirements to achieve key performance targets
Ensure compliance to internal controls, standards, and regulations (including restricted countries)
