Responsibilities

Provide customer-focused service to internal and external customers through written, verbal, and interpersonal communication via phone queue, Slack, email, direct phone line, and ACD line (30%)
Participate in divisional or department committees
Serve as an App Input/Pending Change resource to the Field as the primary contact for business partners in UWCC, CCS, Post Approval, Underwriting, and Case Management
Independently resolve problems with applications submitted Not in Good Order (NIGO)
Train and support new team members as needed
Troubleshoot and resolve complex App Input issues whether system or application related (30%)
Demonstrate analytical and technical skills by identifying errors, determining appropriate corrective action
Add/Remove applications from existing and new ISA
Input detailed changes and communicate them to the underwriter or TC Coordinator
Identify and refer specific fields which require underwriter attention
Activate new Insurance Service Accounts (ISA) and document necessary case notes
Maintain performance levels within standards set for quality and other metrics
Complete Field Office input of applications as part of the Centralized Application Input program, those that cannot be done by field staff, or need reprocessing for system limitations, new products, and/or department/training test cases (20%)
Inspect, analyze, and check Field Office applications for completeness and discrepancies, making appropriate E-Referrals to the underwriter
Serve as a resource for field partners, providing recommendations for case completion
Handle all duties of lower-level position plus in-depth analytical and technical review of sensitive cases referred by Processors, other workgroups in TC/TUP, and Pending Change (20%)
Accurately and timely complete all Home Office and Field Office input work types
Input confidential applications for HO employees and VIP cases
Initiate appropriate resolution or referral to the underwriter upon same-day completion of input
